The management and protection of personal data of the visitor/user of the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund’s (HFSF) website are governed by the present Terms of Use, the provisions of Greek Law (Law 2472/1997 as currently in force, and the regulatory provisions) and the Decisions, Directives and Regulations of the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

This website uses Google’s web analytics tool “Google Analytics”. “Google Analytics” collects information anonymously and reports website trends to the website owner without identifying individual visitors. “Google Analytics” uses a “Cookie” to track visitor’s interactions with HFSF’s website and enables HFSF to view reports on how visitors find and use HFSF’s website.

A “Cookie” is a piece of data created when you visit a website which is stored in the “Cookie” directory of the visitor’s/user’s hard drive. The “Cookie” stores information such as what time the current visit occurred, whether the visitor has been to the HFSF’s website before, and which website referred the visitor/user to the HFSF’s website. “Google Analytics” is not used for collecting personal information but it is used, in the manner described above, to collect anonymous data in order to administer and improve the HFSF's website.

You may disable “Cookies” by using the appropriate feature of your web browser software, if available. Information about disabling “Cookies” can be found on your Internet browser documentation. Some browsers will actually indicate when a “Cookie” is being sent and allow you to decline “Cookies” on a case-by-case basis. However, if “Cookies” are disabled please note that some features of this website may not work as intended.
