Who we are

Marco Mazzucchelli has been active in the Financial Industry for over 30 years, covering the roles of Head of European Bond Trading at Morgan Stanley, CFO at Monte dei Paschi di Siena, CEO at Sanpaolo IMI Wealth Management (Insurance and Asset Management), Head of European Investment Banking at Credit Suisse (First Boston), Deputy CEO and Global Head of Banking at RBS GBM, Managing Director at Bank Julius Baer in Zurich.

In recent years, Mr. Mazzucchelli was also Member of the European Commission High-Level Expert Group on Bank Structural Reform (the “Liikanen Group”), the European Banking Authority (EBA) Stakeholders Group as well as Visiting Scholar at MIT Sloan.

Currently he is Non-Executive Director at KredietBank Luxembourg, Senior Adviser at Bain&Co, Chairman at Secofind SIM, Non-Executive Director at Azura Partners LLP, Co-Founder and Deputy Chairman at Biorek Srl (a molecular diagnostics start-up).

He regularly interacts with policymakers and business leaders, contributing to the public debate on Finance, Capital Markets, Economics, Prudential Regulation and Supervision
