Who we are

Mr. Drecos carries 30 years of combined professional experience and has held positions in financial advisory, assurance and the industry, client facing as well as at boardroom level. He served as an auditor, for 17 years, at two audit firms (Arthur Andersen 1990-2002 and KPMG 2002-2007) and further served as a CFO for 4 years.

He carries significant deal making experience gained from handling a wide variety of transactions both private and public. He has participated in IPO’s, due-diligence, financial restructuring and sourcing of financing in all aspects of his professional life. Presently, he is a Partner in a consulting firm offering transaction support and process improvement solutions.

From December 2019 up to August 2020 he served as a Non-Executive Director, Chair Audit Committee of A.E.DI.K. (Corinth Canal), an HCAP subsidiary.

Mr. Drecos studied at Deree College and University of LaVerne and holds a BSc.
