Stability, prosperity, profitability: These are the three main pillars of HFSF strategy, with the public interest always in mind. The Fund, having as a priority banks’ support, profitability, necessary changes’ promotion, solutions’ acceleration and improvement of their efficiency, provides banks with adequate capital, facilitates their return to private sector and ensures that any weakness is eliminated.
HFSF key activities and tools:
- Provide Capital Support to credit institutions.
- Define the framework for the design of Business Plans.
- Ensure key Corporate Governance principles are upheld by credit institutions.
- Participate in the Governance of said credit institutions.
- Exercise its veto rights if needed.
